Adult Survivors of Child Abuse (A.S.C.A.)
Individual and group support program for adult survivors of physical, sexual and/or emotional abuse or neglect. Self-help meetings are the backbone of the ASCA recovery program. This is a current listing of meetings held weekly throughout the U.S.
This group provides support to adult survivors of all forms of abuse. They now have a total of 41 chapters in six countries: in the United States, Japan, Nigeria, Kenya, Australia, and Canada.
Survivors of Incest Anonymous
Survivors of Incest Anonymous is a 12-step, self-help recovery program for men and women, 18 years and older, who were sexually abused as children. There are no dues or fees. Use this page to look for meetings being held in your area.
Adult Children of Alcoholics/Dysfunctional Families
The term “adult child” is used to describe adults who grew up in alcoholic or dysfunctional homes and who exhibit identifiable traits that reveal past abuse or neglect. This fellowship embraces the difficult task of trauma work, which can often lead to an exciting journey. They primarily function in person but are also starting to provide online and telephone meetings.
